Information you share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and a message. I use these details to reply and discuss the help you need. Please leave out confidential business or customer information at this stage.
Services used to handle your information
Formspree receives and stores form submissions and sends them to my Google Workspace inbox. Vercel hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect it.
If we arrange work together, Google Calendar and Google Meet handle scheduling and meetings, and Zoho Invoice handles billing information. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own privacy policies.
Use and retention
I do not sell your personal information. I use it to respond to inquiries, provide agreed services and maintain necessary business records. Information is retained as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Questions and requests
For privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion of your information, email victor@oneclickops.com. Some billing and business records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
