Booking terms
These terms apply to one-to-one training and AI consultations with OneClickOps. Scope, price, availability and payment details are confirmed before you commit. Sending an inquiry does not book a session or create a payment obligation.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- At least 24 hours before your session: choose a refund of your session fee or reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours before your session: receive one credit to reschedule that session instead of a refund.
- No-show: the session fee is charged and is not refunded.
- If I cancel: choose a full refund or reschedule.
To cancel or reschedule, email victor@oneclickops.com. Notice is measured from when your message is received to the scheduled start time.
Your rights
These terms do not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
